Blobzor
I wonder if any of you has any good websites (or better) access to good price for GENUINE sunglasses, i bet we could separate this post for EU and USA, i'm interested in EU of course. Price seems to vary between sites a lot, sometimes it's too good to be true (or is it) . That's all, if you got a good thing, share it :-)

rek001
I need some new glasses, mine are falling apart. Went to Lens Crafters yesterday, they're 1 block from my condo. Found a frame I liked, got a cost estimate worked up - $630. Insane. I'm sure the frame costs them $25, and the lens, labor and materials = about $15. I have a very high prescription and need progressive bifocals, they wanted $520 for the lenses alone. Offered 30% off the lenses, but still, it would have come out to over $500. I walked out of there fuming. The pair I have now I got with work insurance, they were about $300. I don't have ins. anymore. Got home, got online to zennioptical.com, could get glasses for about $70 but I don't think with my high prescription and need for bifocals I should go the online route, the position of the lens is critical for bifocals. I think I need personal fitting. Not sure what to do next.
