Gen 5513?

just found this on a local Internetportal:

what do you think: gen or rep? is the price not too cheap for a gen 5513?

I am new to rolex, therefore I really would appreciate the experts opinions

From that kind of pictures it's impossible to tell for sure. I wonder why they're small and crappy quality. Never a good sign.

But from what can I tell with my limited knowledge in vintage models, it looks good. Clasp, case, bezel, etc. all ok.

But I'm sure our vintage experts can tell more.

tritium a little too yellow for 88 ? but pics suxxx

if the seller agrees let the watch check at Bucherer ...

2700euro/3600US is on the lower end of the scale for these watches, but it is within the going rate for your run of the mill 5513. My advice is to keep looking, as you can likely find an example from the early 80's or late 70's with matte dial within the same price range.

The watch looks good in the photo,but that does not mean that it will be the watch they sell you, price seems a bit low as has been said, buying rolex watches on the internet is risky sometimes the seller may not know if the watch is fake or gen! mabe some member knows of a reliable trusted seller of gens!
