Is it possible to remove a crown tube and still have it be usable?

If I'm careful and get it out with a small ez-out, is it ok to use it in another case? Or should crown tubes just be one-time-use only?

Probably best to examine the tube threads and replace the gaskets prior to reusing, but I've reused genuine Rolex tubes before without any problems. They've pressure tested just fine (and I would absolutely recommend a pressure test prior to real world use).
