who is doing iwc mods in europe ?

I would like to buy 3717 with some mods. I am looking to for someone who can offer full-service of

- picking trusted dealer

- buy 3717

- service movement

- replace dial and hands with gen

- change datewheel

- AR

Please could someone offer me this kind of service in EU or point me to some member who is doing this kind of services please ?

If you want to do this with gen dial and hands then you will need a swiss 7750 to avoid modding the hands to fit the asian, and by the time you have paid for the gen dial and hands and a service it would only be another
