movement regulator - does anyone know how to use this?

I've searched and came up with nothing. Anyone know if someone has done a DIY adjustment on this? Need to know how this works and adjusted.

All I can add Is that If you have never done It before you might be better off taking It to a watchsmith/repair person. If you dont do It right you can f up your movement. Thats what I've been told anyway, so be careful and good luck Mike
