lionsandtigers
okay, so i followed edges guide to a t, or so i thought drilling these lugs on my 1680 sub. low rpm drill, 1.3 mm cobalt bits for the case, 2.0 for the bracelet, 3 in 1 lub. now, the actually holes on the case went off with ease, drilled through like butter. Then to the bracelet. the bracelet itself wasnt to much trouble, but when i got to the seperate end-pieces, drama. not only did the drill tear off the holes on 3 different endpieces, but when i finally got through on a set (4 holes) THE DAMN BARS WOULD NOT GO THROUGH. I double, tripled checked EVERYTHING. am i supposed to get gen endpieces or something, or am i just a moron?????
ubiquitous
I just remove the hoops in the end links all together. If you think about it, they really don't do a whole lot... And I've never had any problems with the hoops missing...
Guest avitt
Those end links are difficult to drill, but it can be done. I've got a few tip on the subject in this thread: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?s=&...ost&p=47744
