where to use Moebius 9415 oil

where the Moebius 9415 (941) oil is used, because it shown in the "oil symbols" here:

but it is not shown where EXACTLY (on which movement's part) to use this type of oil?

Also, another question, what this "Treated (ETA)" shown in the "oil symbols" means?
