Divo
Myself use Acai, green grass, some type of blue/green sea algae not sure of the name now. I mostly try to incorporate b17 true green grass due to its effects towards cancer prevention. Acai due to its high anti oxidants and general amount of vitamins and minerals. When people think superfood they only think solid foods, I see water as a type of superfood so I drink 2+liters everyday some days maybe even 3-4liters that does not include coffee, tea and such. Also ginseng and garlic extract is in my daily routine of supplements. Only downside to using all this is balance, it takes time to set up a good routine whit exact amounts that your body can handle and use effectively. As I am Norwegian I drink fish fat straight from the bottle. Would like to know what you guys use of supplements Cheers, D I dont believe in that kind of supplements. Lets take out the anti-oxidants you refer to. When you eat normal you will get plenty of anti-oxidants, more than enough. Anti-oxidents are given high credits by the alternative world and the food supplements industry. The benefits of supplementing anti-oxidants is not proven. But did you know there is strong evidence that too much anti-oxidants causes cancer? Food for thought . . . . Best is to bring DIVERSITY in your diet. That is the KEY. Furthermore dont overeat too many times. Do exercises or at least enough movement on daily basis if possible. Then once a year let check your blood by a specialist to know if you dont have a shortness on particular vitamins or minerals. If so you need to change your diet or if your body for a reason cant take in enough from a particular vit or min you can supplement this. So you supplement ONLY what you really need instead torturing your body with all unnecessary obscure products. Also the DNA test someone else refers to will not work in practice. It cant be used to protect you with the recommandation of some superfoods. When you want to protect yourself the way to go is, as written, a balanced diet. A yearly checkup will bring possible wrong things to the surface.
