swdivad
I have my 203A project in with my watchmaker now... His dilemma is that the dial has no feet, he says it is really fiddly but 'should' be able to do it... Does anyone have advice on the best way to line up as well as fix the dial to the dial plate? Should it be glued or taped? Thanks!!
Brightight
Fiddly? Nothing could be easier, I'm assuming it has the seconds output to the side, put three dial pads on the movement and then by eye line up the centre hole and the seconds output shaft and stick. Without seconds output, same thing, but put the stem in and line up the centre and the 3 with the stem. I wouldn't glue as you want to be able to remove it without destryong the dial for servicing say. You could also use double sided tape.
