Guys i need a hand, can you please help me to figure out which handset i'm supposed to buy from Cousins,there are 2 items and i can't see the difference.

When i do the search for the movement and case number it tells me X21079 but the others look the same but are cheeper

Have you got a gen dial to go with those?? the lume on those hands is bright!

Andy i got a gen dial on ebay, unused.

The lume is really amazing, i already have a gen dial in my SMP and despite markers are a little greenish and dirty they still bright like a torch.

Meanwhile i sent a mail to cousins, hope they can clarify.

I am wearing the gen today, got it in a swap 2005 year but it was like new!

I wish the lume was white not green though but by ell it is strong!

Both sets you listed look correct in comparison but when you go through the watch parts, branded watch parts, omega and then put in the case number and movement you only get the X21079 hands listed.

Agreed, it's not user friendly at all that website.

No reference to Omega codes it's a no no.

You bought a gen, wise decision considering the gen price (not currently but till 1 years ago was really a best buy).

I patiently found gen parts like dial and bezel for decent prices, after all i'm close to 30% of the price i should pay for a used gen, still reasonable imho.

As for the movement, it sounds tasty but it would bring the total cost too close to a 2nd hand gen.

I think you may be correct there, not done it my self, Pugwash did it with a planet ocean but had to use longer canon pin, hour wheel and seconds wheel, i have had my eye open for a broken UPO i could do the same with.
