maybe with a diamond ball cutter from the outside of the lug-horn.

the diamond ball cutter must have a smaller diameter than the thread.

Hi mates,

Unfortunately, I have broken the tip of the strap screw inside the thread of the case :(((

How can I remove it? I fear to broke the thread if I drill inside it...

Any idea?

Well - good luck my friend. I had this happen to me - and I say "hey - I will just drill it out and use the springbar instead of screws."

It totally did not work. The reason - is that the screw potentially has a different hardness than the case - and it is hard to keep the damn thing straight.

In the end - I had to toss the case. Very sad.
