possibly with any info about the differences between the two versions, I've only ever heard of one version of this watch

he told me the better version is out of stock, but he reckons it will come back in stock - I'll post when I know more

i was mistaken.. I'm just now getting back to this thread. Wat did you ever end up getting the better version of this?

I've got the black version on my wrist at the moment - just arrived this morning. It's a really nice watch if you can get past the white/low date wheel and the button @ 8 for the date.

As mentioned earlier - "Highly recommended on this watch is to give the bearings of the rotor a good sticky grease". It's very loud, I'm going to have to investigate this.

I'm going to source a new strap for it also, the one it comes with is a cheap rep strap. Deployment and buckle are nice though.

It was also mentioned that the hands look flat but yes, this is just the dealer pics. They are not flat
