Where to get a replacement Pearl?

My pearl at the 12 position on a rep PO is missing, looking for an inexpensive replacement. I found reference to Ofrei in another thread as a possible source, but can't seem to find on on their site. Should I be looking under a different part name than pearl, or perhaps somewhere different. Thanks! Dan

For a cheap fix, I simply used one of the round hour indicies from an old Submariner dial I had laying around. Cheap and looks decent for what it is.

I remember that "pearl" is a term we use here, but it's not the actual name of that part ... which you have discovered for yourself
