Same problem as last year! Maybe someone can help me: I lost the head of a screw that holds the leather band (Hornbuckle) of the latest AP ROO EOD with sec12. Where can I get a replacement screw head or the srew with head.....maybe someone has one too much??? Please PM me if you can offer me this little part. Thank you!
Member X Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 You may want to contact Mary at WatchInternational with a picture of what it is you're looking for. Sometimes she can get parts
bosk Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 http://apbands.com/shop/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ROO-BARCAP&Category_Code=BARCAP&Product_Count=0 hella expensive tho.
eunomians Posted July 3, 2010 Report Posted July 3, 2010 You should apply a semi-permanent threadlock solution on the screw thread. This will prevent the screws from loathing! You will still be able to unscrew them when changing straps if and only if you use semi-permanent. You can buy ThreadLock at all hardware & automotive stores. Buy the blue one not the red one (red is permanent).
1976 Posted July 4, 2010 Report Posted July 4, 2010 I use paper glue, not very sticky and you can unscrew them easily when changing straps.

This movement is expensive (according to my dealer) it's about 230 $.... For the screws, I apply some Loctite 222 on all of them...
