Raising Date Wheel mod on A7750

Hi Guys

Could some one let me have the link to the mod that involves gluing an additional DW to increase the height to the Date Window. I remember the principle but not the details.

I have done a search and had a look in the tuts section but I cant seem to find it.

Its not Franciscos mod using the custom ring.

Any help would be appreciated

There were 2 others on DW modding but maybe they were just posted in a section rather than as a 'How to', not sure.

The one I am after involved, as I recall gluing one Dw onto another after having removed teeth first.

The other was a font mod using a scanned image again glued to existing DW.

What's your 7750 configuration? The tricky part is if it is modded to move the counter locations (then has transfer gears overlapping the base DW). That requires the Francisco ultra-mod. Otherwise you can do what kbiz did (although I'm sure you already know this).
