cartier pasha - lost jewel in crown

Subject says it. I got a 38mm pasha from Josh for my sister-in-law, and the jewel (I think it's called a cabochon) fell out after a few months. Anybody know where I could source a suitable replacement? I have seen full gen crown assemblies go on the 'bay pretty infrequently, but I don't think that will be a drop-in fix.

She's not picky at all and still wears it, but I feel bad as it was a birthday present.
