IWC Portuguese Yachtclub rubber strap?

Hello fellow IWC enthusiasts.. I am chasing an IWC Portuguese Yachtclub rep and I can find that only on leather strap.. anyone knows if it is possible to find somewhere a rubber strap? was it already replicated?

There's a yachtclub on watcheden, half way there. It's ok.

I'm assuming watcheden's 48mm listing is including the crown guard or something. Gen is a robust 45mm, which I think would be a fun size.
