What is the Cartel ?

I keep reading on this site and RepGeek about the cartels but I am unsure what is meant by this. Can someone shed some light for me.

A group of dealers originally consisting of Andrew, Angus, Joshua and King. They had the market on all the best watches from the factory. I don't think this quartet exists any more as a group, but of course, they each still deal individually, and Andrew and Joshua have a particularly close business relationship

To be honest I wasnt really sure what the cartel was as far as the watch forums are concerned, for quite sometime. The bottom line Is, stick with the trusted dealers here at RWG
