Who can tell me how to adjust the GMT hand of my PAM228?

All of a suddden I became ofwner of PAM228 after a trade with Saber0606...

Who can tell me how to adjust the GMT hand individually from the regular hour-hand? Mine keeps track with 24h zone of the same timezone, but have no clue how to adjust the individual GMT hand... Thanx!

1.) crown position 1 = basic handwind

2.) crown position 2 = 1x pull out = handwind up = date adjustment,

-------------------------------------handwind down = gmt adjustment,

3.) crown position 3 = 2x pull out = hands adjustment / time adjustmnent,

Thanks! GMT hand is now set at GMT-timezone where I live in EU, so GMT+1...
