For me a record breaking 3 days from order to delivery from China to Northern Calif. Also the 24A is the best out of the box Panerai rep that I have ever purchased, and I have 12 highly modded Pams. For me there is nothing else to do to this watch to make it better. I am totally satisfied just looking at it the way it was received. I put it on a honey gater and it is good to go. Rogerwine
