Issue with the crystal on a new watch

Hi Folks,

Mailman arrived today with an amazing new Hublot. Love it except for a small concern. There seems to be either a smudge or a defect with the crystal and it seems to be on the bottom as I can't wipe it off. Any ideas on what to do? Should I ask for a replacement crystal?

probably the AR coating... and id ask the seller for atleast a new crystal if ur able to change it on your own or know someone who does.

sorry to hear about that Mac, , yeah you should definitely request a replacement (or even look at getting one of TX's?).....Congrats on the HBB though, is that the new V5 "hybrid"?

It is indeed, and it is mind-blowing! Awesome awesome timepiece. Will take more pics and post soon. I've asked for a replacement crystal but the pain will be waiting to get arrive and then ship the watch out to get the crystal replaced.
