In fact, you have to drill down until you find something about copyright fraud. Reporting is no guarantee that Ebay will pull the auction. But it is worth a try. My past 8 years of 100% positive feedback have been wiped. My ebay id has 0 feedback . Anyway I can restore my old status? Don't just say "that's a fake" though, or they might think you're trying to scare them off and win the auction yourself. Give good reasons why you believe it is not legit. (like 10%) I have 1800+ feedbacks on ebay, so people usually believe I am telling the truth. There were people who thought I was trying to scare them away so that I can win the auction for cheap.
