Well, "worth the money" is subjective to the buyer - since it costs as much as the watch itself.

Visually, you can not readily tell the differences.

Feel wise - no comparison. Smooth finished surfaces, clicks correctly, etc.

Operation wise - perfect. No worries at all about the clasp not holding.

So, worth it to me - since I love the look of this watch. Not everyone is a fan of this style though.

im looking to get one too.

csk is right, its subjective, and all the points he stated are pretty true. The rep clasp on mine (although looks really good) still has that rattly / slightly loose rep feel - but still its wearable.

Tried a gen on, clicks nicely, no rattle, feels solid etc etc so id say its worth the money.......plus you dont have to worry about when its going to give / break or fall off

I have to agree, even modded, the rep clasp is pretty much a POS. I am going to order the gen on Monday.

i received my clasp yesterday worth every penny looks and feels perfect if you want an ultimate ploprof then worth spending the money get them from www.ofrei.com cant wait when they start selling dial and hands

I am planning to order one also. The rep clasp is flimsy and neither of the two that I have will hold without the ratchet coming loose.

...now to wait for gen dial, hands and bezel availability!
