wiesn089
Hi! I'm leaning towards a 3714 with black dial. Since I'm not too much into monster sized watches (pretty small wrists) I'm really interested how large a portuguese chrono wears compared to a Speedy Pro? I know that size-wise they are about the same but I'm really concerned about the larger dial due to the missing bezel on the IWC. Could anyone who has both please take a quick comparison shot (on and off wrist would be amazing), I couldn't find any on the net Thanks
wiesn089
Nobody has both? Does it wear significantly larger than 40.9mm?
Toadtorrent
The sizes show the Porto chrono to be: 40mm x 12.5mm. The Speedy's are 42mm x 13.8mm so the Speedy should wear larger all around. I have a 6.5" wrist (don't have either of these) but as a personal preference, find 42mm fits perfectly fine and balanced. I have an Omega Seamaster at 40mm x 12mm and an IWC Spitfire at 42mm x 14.7mm and diameter wise, they feel pretty close, but the IWC is thicker, and feels a bit thicker on tight shirt cuffs.
