Now I don't want to throw a cat amongst the pigeons but my old school MBW1665 is held on my wrist with its original 7206 and I have to say I'm bloody impressed. It has worn in really nicely over the years and is silky smooth to the touch. I can't remember whose endlinks I'm using (rep 503 B's) but they fit snug as a bug and have genuine 2mm springbars.
