I want to buy my first Panerai rep and narrowed my choices down to 3 different dealers. Which ones looks the best out of box? Is it just me or does the Pams from Replicamake and Timeshop look identical to Trevors ULTIMATE VERSION PAM 111H? I need your expert options.

Mate its 30$ they are going to be pretty much the same quality. When you add post work which is cheapest and go for it. People seem to rate Trev's but the 158 could well be similar. Which do you prefer?

I would go for the cheaper option from Lay http://www.replicamake.com/product_info.php?products_id=2151 and then look at buying a decent strap for it

Link for Trevor's doesn't work for me ... and I've never heard of TimeShop. But I've heard good things about ReplicaMake.

If I can add my 2 cents. I own one of those "ultimate" 11h and now 3 from sead(111h,111hPVD,177h).There is a day and night differance. My humble opinion spend the money on a proper modded one. Yes it is $450 but by comparison $5000 for gen it is in my option so close. Good luck, I have thrown my "ultimate" 111h away.
