omega64
Hello, I weared my noobmariner for less than a week and the pearl have disapeared. I did not put the watch in any stress, but it fall off the bezel. I search it around my desk, but i did not find it. Which one is the best option to replace it? Where you buy it? How much? Can i just epoxy it to the place of should i do a more elaborate fixing? That replicas have some problems sometimes ..........
ArkoN
josh gave me a complete bezel with the pearl^^ I removed the old bezel, but dont know whats the best way to stick the new bezel in. The old one was attached with some sort of double side tape.
alligoat
Get a $10 watchmaterial pearl and then remove the bezel insert- an X-acto knife works well- pry gently under the insert from the crystal side. Then enlarge the pearl hole with the knife so the WM pearl fits in tightly, then add a bit of glue. Glue the insert onto the bezel with either G-S Hypo cement or a few drops of epoxy. Don't use too much glue or you'll glue the bezel to the case and it won't turn. The noob bezel insert is slightly smaller than a gen/aftermarket insert (which requires edge sanding to fit) so I've always reused it in the past.
