Its 32.8 +/- 0.1 mm.

The Speedy moon uses an acrylic crystal. The Date has a sapphire one.

Nomad just to correct you there the speedy moon rep come with sapphire, i have done conversions from sapphire to plexy

The sapphire i have here is from a moon watch and the it is 31.42mm with out the retaining ring

did you take the crystal out and mesure it again?

Apologies if you already know this, but the gen's case reference number is 175.0054, which means it would take a 062SN3002, per Ofrei. Unfortunately, I can't find any dimensions listed for this crystal, and $142 (plus shipping) is a lot of cash for an uncertain fit. Maybe you could sneak some calipers into your sleeve and surreptitiously "view" the gen at an AD?
