Gen insert and wholesaleoutlet bezel assembly -

The insert won't snap into the bezel, how should I enlarge the diameter of the bezel? (I'm not going to mod the insert)

May the experts chime in please :)

Thanks in advance

Here's the insert in question:

Yes i think that's the only solution.

I just finished sanding down my gen 16710 insert and to be honest it's mentally a lot more difficult then

sanding down a 30 dollar rep insert.

Thanks guys, then I'll sand the insert down.

How did you do it?

By hand, turning it on sandpaper or mounted on a drill to get a perfect round finish?

Can't wait to get my 1655 from josh to finish this project :thumbsupsmileyanim:

By hand, use 600 grit sand paper and start at 12 o'clock, going around and lightly going around the insert. I would not suggest to use any power tool, because the metal used for the insert is relatively soft.

Yes by hand and max 600 grid.

A Dremel takes of to much in one movement.

It took me 45 minutes to get my insert on the GMT II flush
