Is there a way to remove and reglue the mag/cyclops so it is perfectly square? Thanks in advace. It would take a braver man than me... apparently you place a sharp object against the side of the raised cyclops and bang it once... pops right off. Then glue it back! alligoat Posted October 3, 2006 Report Share Posted October 3, 2006 Actually, UV (ultraviolet) glue is what you're supposed to use. It's clear when it dries. To cure UV glue, you can either put it in the sunlight, or a UV light will cure it. To remove the cyclops, you might try heating up the crystal first, and then try popping the cyclops. Two tips learned the hard way, cyclops can fragment and the pieces hurt like hell if you step on it (or worse shoot up into your eye) and dont set a hot a$$ crystal on a cold piece of metal or it will crack.
