It would take a braver man than me... apparently you place a sharp object against the side of the raised cyclops and bang it once... pops right off. Then glue it back!
Bazz Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 Maybe just push out the crystal then replace with the cyclops centered, ie does it need to be slightly rotated? I have knocked off a cyclops and reglued it before... pain in the ass to do

alligoat Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 Actually, UV (ultraviolet) glue is what you're supposed to use. It's clear when it dries. To cure UV glue, you can either put it in the sunlight, or a UV light will cure it. To remove the cyclops, you might try heating up the crystal first, and then try popping the cyclops. supermanx Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 Thanks alot guys! Two tips learned the hard way, cyclops can fragment and the pieces hurt like hell if you step on it (or worse shoot up into your eye) and dont set a hot a$$ crystal on a cold piece of metal or it will crack.
