warbody
http://retroblast.com/newsitem.php?cid=2550 Nationalgamedepot (NGD) of the www.nesforums.net community is currently in the stages of building his very own large scale giant wooden NES replica. This awesome build stands at 8 ft. wide, 3ft height, 3ft long, and it weighs at least 400 pounds. It even comes equipped with a working power light that can be toggled on or off with its enormous power button. He stated that this is his first ever wood working project and has spent approximately 20-30 hours on it. He plans to use it as an entertainment center once it is complete and hopes this project of his will be worthy of the pages of Nintendo Power Magazine. One of his original ideas with this project was to turn it into a bed, but he thought that might have too much of a coffin type feel to it. Although he hasn't fully documented his project on his website yet, you can check out links to different pictures of the process at his dedicated NES collection website www.nationalgamedepot.zoomshare.com under his 10-1-06 entry. His next step in this project is to obtain the proper NES logos for it and finish off a few minor details. Of course those in the build your own community can verify that moving it to its new location will be his biggest worries. LOL Should we expect this from Josh or EL
