You need to get a insert for the bezel you have, If you have a SD bezel, you need an insert for a SD 16660 that would be a 315-16660-81 Lumi insert Do not get the insert for a 16610 or 168000 Submariner. Here we go: SUB NO DATE Outside Diameter: 36.55mm Inside Diameter: 29.7mm NEW SEADWELLER Outside Diameter: 36.65 Inside Diameter: 29.7mm Submariner Outside Diameter: 37.65mm Inside Diameter: 30.7mm Old Sub Outside Diameter: 36.55mm Inside Diameter: 30.3mm Maybe someone here can confirm....? The old SD was the 1665, the new would be the 16600 and 16660.Same models as the SSD. the DSSD (Deep Sea Sea Dweller is completely different, uses a creamic bezel insert and is much larger) Old and new refer to Sea Dwellers that use metal inserts. Bezel can be gen or rep. I bent the bejeezus out of the bezel trying to lift it off and when I tried to bend it back.. well... The case is sent out getting lug holes drilled.. maybe I should turn it into a 16660! I love me nice semi-vintage sport rollies! Please help me out!
