What is a Valjoux 7737 worth ?

I don't know if this is the proper place to ask questions, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but I have just inherited an absolutely perfect running Memosail, which I understand was a 70's yachting chronograph. It has a Swiss 17 jewel valjoux 7737 movement that I was thinking about selling or either trading but have NO idea what the value would be.......any help will be greatly appreciated......Thx, Glenn
