How much of a delay due to the Chinese New Year?

I ordered two watches right after the holiday began and still haven't received anything yet. How long does the holiday push things?

It took 19 or 20 days for me to get my package. Normal time is about 14 days for me.

This is what my dealer of choice told me about CNY schedule:

"... the post office will be close at 27th JAN the will open at 13th FEB"
