Something similar was brought up on another forum that I belong to. The mods of that forum decided the following to keep themselves out of hot water so to speak, quote: "Please do not copy and paste articles from online newspapers, magazines, etc. It is a copyright violation to do so. If you want to share an interesting article, just link to it." unquote.

I find it an interesting concept that there are copyrights which are ok to violate and others which are not..... every rep on this forum is a copyright violation... so while it is ok to skre@ Rolex et al, it is not ok to do the same to a watch magazine ? just my 2c :whistling:

A lot of us non-US guys can't find watch magazines in our countries.

Can't RWG have a section where people suply scans PDFs of watch magazines?

Just a thougt.

That really sucks. In Germany we have three big Magazines

- Armbanuhr

- Chronos

- Uhrenmagazin

Plus they all do regular catalogues listing hundreds of watches with glossy

high res images.

I can't believe that none are sold in the US since it is by far the biggest

watch market in the world. Well took the time to google and see what I

found:

... relax - I wasn't shootin' at you.... if it sounded that way, I'm sorry. Still I find this logic kinda hard to follow...

No offence taken. It was 3:30 in the am when I made the post and I sould have thought that this is a rep site, who cares about copyright problems. :bangin::bangin::bangin:
