Thanks CONUS=CONtiguous United States In context, this means that the poster wishes only to deal with people in the 48 states which are connected to one another (and excludes AK and HI). Even though there are no customs risks associated with shipping to AK or HI, the actual shipping costs can be excessively high. When I see someone posting "CONUS" I mostly just think it's someone who's not looking for a lot of headaches when doing a deal.
