krpster
I am trying to determine if ETA/Valjoux movements use the same size screw for attaching the case clamps. Main reason I a asking is that I have a donor watch with a Valjoux 7734 but it does not use case clamps (or perhaps they were removed :dunno: ). So I need to get some new ones but I am not sure if I need ones specific to the movement or if others will work (ex: ETA 28xx). I don't have any handy at the moment to try so I thought I would throw it out there to see if anybody knows. Thanks!
krpster
Bumping this one up again to see if anyone knows. I tried some that I had from 21J as well as 28xx series and they are too small. Does anyone have the specs for these screws? I tried searching the web but it only ended up bringing me back to this post
Rolexman
As far as I know all movements have slots for case clamps. Post a picture. There are variations between screws. Not all ETA screws are alike.
