That is a copy of the basic Seiko 21 jewel movement. In our hobby, we just call all movements in this category "Asia 21j" .. copies of popular and successful Japanese movements.

It is chinese, based in the (cousins reference) 2650sm from the Hang zou factory i think, if you show me the dial lay out i can find the actual one

Is there something to say about the quality of this asian 21J movements?

I think quality must be relatively good, the watch works perfect, even after 6-7 years.
