the second at 12 is over printing. Im sure your dealer can swap it with one that doesn't have that mistake

Indeed, overprinting on subdial @ 12, ask the newest version without overprinting

How do you see that?

And indeed, the print @12 o clock is indeed bleeding.

Make sure that the hex screws in your new one are good ( and not crooked as in many silver themes)

How do you see that?

Because the points in the graphic are too dispersed. Generally, this graphic means dirt in the escape wheel and/or pallet fork.

In the other hand, you can see the up line it's more dispersed than the down one, may be too than one palet it´s not correctly aligned.
