Is there a very good rep of the IW502213 IWC Port Perpetual?

Hi guys, there is a guy buying a supposedly gen IW502213 IWC port perpetual on another forum, I told him that I have never seen a rep of that watch with all the dials working, or with a really accurate movement as seen through the back.

Am I correct? Or did I give him bad info? Anyone here seen a super rep of that watch that'll stand up to close inspection?
