Someone familiar with this Timing machine?

I'm not sure to buy this machine or not. I think it's a usefull thing to have for watch lovers... And maybe service my onw watches myself.

I have it's big brother on my desk. Good for general regulation.....but not precise enough for C.O.S.C. work.
