Have anyone bought this strap?

It looks like the genuine IWC kevlar

The only difference being that the original IWC is completely flat. Here you have the rise above the stitching.

Never the less it looks like a great strap. I was considering buying it from them on ebay. ----> strapblog

@ klock: that's a nice strap but it's not really near OEM look.

@ rafi: i believe the strap is nylon

check the topgun thread for a nice comparison of gen kevlar and rep. Check the springbar tubes, the reps are much sloppier whereas the gens have nicely fused tubes and clean edges.

Genuine also seems to have a tighter weave and a more matte appearance. Have yet to find one that's a good copy.

I was looking at the watchboys strap as well. I have seen some closeups on other forums that were iffy... if i can't find a good kevlar rep, maybe I would think about leather probably..

i think that this strap is made from Cordura, i will ask my bag supplier in china if he can make me a few if anyone can f

ind me awell repped strap i can have it made out of cordura

TopGun V2 is the best version 'kevlar' strap, Pentax1 you could use one of those as a sample for your maker. I'd be in for one!
