Is it the Tube or the Crown?

My Ebel 1911 does not hold the Crown to the Tube and my dealer has asked me what do I need, the tube or the crown as she is not able to source the tube readily and is willing to send the crown. I can't make make what has gone bad, any pointers?

You can see the tube threads. If they look intact, not peeled off the cylinder of the tube, then the threads inside the crown are gone. The tubes are almost always harder metal than are the crowns.
