Setting time, date on the 5th Planet Ocean without winding?

Hi guys,

I just wondering how to set time and date correctly without handwinding this watch.

I received these with the DG 4813 J21 Movement.

To set time and date I must screw out the [censored].

Then I have two-tiers:

- 1st to adjust date (there is some kind of resistance before date changes - is this normal?) and

- 2nd to adjust time.

When i push the knop back and screw the knop down there is some noice like chirr.

I this from winding the watch??? Or other question how do I handwind this watch?

Thanks a lot

Pics will follow in 2nd topic.

It's normal for some watches to wind when your screwing down the crown again. The Superocean in my sig does it, and it has a genuine nickle plated Swiss ETA 2836 installed. Not that it matters which movement; just be gentle/slow, it's fine.

okay, I asume that means everytime when I set time/date and lock the skrew down I handwind the watch.

This means it is unavoidable not to handwind this watch - strange!

Thanks for comments, pics will follow!
