sneed12
Build it yourself is probably the best option. I've been working on my GMT IIc for more than a year, and it's still not done. I doubt you'll find a fully modded piece ready to go.

watch.aholic
For inspiration: Klick. Great looking GMT there mate.... The AR on the cyclops...is it on both the sides or just under the cyclops....and is there any AR on the crystal too, on either side?
Tom Hawkes
The gen has AR applied to the crystal under the cyclops. No AR anywhere else. (You can AR the crystal, glue the cyclops on and then strip the AR again.)
AsiadeCuba
wow that sounds tedious. cant you just ar the cyclops?
sneed12
I just installed AR'ed cyclops on mine. Look for a pictorial in a couple of days.

watch.aholic
Read this Freddy333 mate...sorry but I am a bit confused...did you AR the outside of the crystal just under the cyclops or did you AR the inside of the crystal under the cyclops? freddy333
we sent them an aftermarket crystal (purchased from a well-known/reliable ebay seller) with instructions to AR the underside of the crystal below the cyclops Unfortunately, other things have come up that will delay me from being able to spend much time on this for the next week or 2, but I will try to get the lab to do a 2-side AR treatment & report back the results. Because, as was explained in the post, the AR material will not stand up to UV or other adhesives/cements, the next step will be to apply AR to the top (outer) face of the cyclops (in addition to the underside of the crystal below the cyclops).
