ok guys i have an old v2 ceramic gmt ii... im looking to get the v3... the bezel is the biggest give away on the v2... where can i find a modded one with lume, ar'ed cyclops? should i just start from scratch?

Build it yourself is probably the best option. I've been working on my GMT IIc for more than a year, and it's still not done. I doubt you'll find a fully modded piece ready to go.

we sent them an aftermarket crystal (purchased from a well-known/reliable ebay seller) with instructions to AR the underside of the crystal below the cyclops

Unfortunately, other things have come up that will delay me from being able to spend much time on this for the next week or 2, but I will try to get the lab to do a 2-side AR treatment & report back the results.

Because, as was explained in the post, the AR material will not stand up to UV or other adhesives/cements, the next step will be to apply AR to the top (outer) face of the cyclops (in addition to the underside of the crystal below the cyclops).
