A7750 help needed

So I just bought my first rep from a user here wore it one day and now the watch is dead. When I first received it the watch made a clicking noise when ever the rotor spun counter clockwise, but it still worked this morning I went to put it on and it was dead tried spinning it a but but nothing. Any help would be nice also if someone can recommend someone that can fix it that would be nice.

I offered to refund his money if he shipped the watch back, but I also suggested that he try handwinding it a few turns and then giving it a gentle shake and it started right up. It's his first automatic watch.
