You see the screw in the middle of the clasp in your 1st pic? well you unscrew that and then push out the bar that sits in the leather loop. That bar holds the middle part of the clasp in place. Just be careful with the small screw as it can get lost if you drop it.

I guess try what Chronoluvv suggested just push that bar or try tapping it to see if the screw is loose enough to fall out.

Yes you just need to remove the little screw and all the rest comes out.

All I got an extra TI clasp

the AP clasp is a lot like my Chopard GTXL's clasp

i actually unscrewed the screw on the Chopard to get the leather replacement on, didn't have to with the AP since ... well its gen rubber & soft as can be

it took me the better part of 20 minutes to get the screw back in the clasp though :)

If the thread is stripped....just try to push the pin out, after you did that, you need to remove the little screw, not really a need for it though.
