Mine is showing something similar but since the 14th...First rep purchase so i dont know what to expect but from what what you guys are saying its normal .

I put in 2nd order 5 days later from the same place and it shows it was released from customs ..while the first order is still stuck in sorting center?

Yes, it's known to help speed up the delivery, by checking more often ;-)

I so can relate to the 'agony'....

@shenns: it's totally random, how packages travel. Have been sending to/receiving from my homecountry for years and there isn't really a pattern. Sure, mostly it is quick, but stuff sent later and arriving earlier, that's quite normal. At least for me, here in DK/EU, but can't imagine the mail system being so much different in US or any place for that matter.

thanks i sent them an email earlier just to make sure. My 2nd package was just released from USA customs while the first is still the same. I cant wait for my first rep.
